Free Mind Movement is dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual abuse, helping them navigate the emotional and mental health challenges that follow such trauma. Founded in 2024 by a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, the organization is driven by a personal understanding of the long-term emotional and psychological challenges that follow such experiences. 

 Our mission is not just about support—it’s about driving real change for survivors, ensuring their voices are heard and that they can rebuild their lives with strength and dignity. 

We know that recovery from sexual abuse is a journey, and we're here to walk beside you every step of the way. While prevention and education are part of our work, our primary focus is on the mental health and well-being of survivors. Through our specialized Talk Therapy Hub, we provide personalized counselling that helps survivors process trauma, manage anxiety, and regain a sense of control over their lives. Our goal is not just survival but to help survivors thrive—finding joy, purpose, and confidence in the aftermath of abuse.
